I ordered on 09 December 2024.Shipped 17 December 2024.And since 19 December 2024 my order held on december because export documention is incomplete or missing. I have tried to contact you many times but the only answer is that we have forwarded the matter to the relevant department. It has been 1 month and my product is still on hold.Last time I wrote to cancel my order, I don't need it anymore, refund the payment. In general, no one answered. Just horror.
