The customer service team at Giglio is tremendous. Specifically Paola on chat and Antonio on phone. They both answered my questions every day as I am an impatient SOB and Antonio even took the time to respond to me in a way that really showed empathy and patience. Sometimes when you order products from companies in another country such as Giglio, there can be delays in shipping. But as long as you have these two at the helm in customer service, I believe they will help drive revenue because a company and their brand is a reflection of their employees.
