The tickets were only delivered a few hours before the event, leaving no time to make alternative plans or transfer them. I had to travel internationally and could no longer attend, yet there was no option to gift or resell the tickets, and the support team refused to assist. The customer service was utterly unhelpful, providing only generic responses blaming the “primary ticket distributor” for the delay. No solutions, no understanding, no refund. I lost €800 and received nothing in return. This company is unreliable and not worth the risk. It's better to buy directly from official sellers or skip it altogether.
