Sold counterfeit tickets for a match

I bought two tickets for a match, and they were labeled with our names. However, when we scanned them at the entrance, we got an ‘access denied’ message. After speaking to the stadium staff, they found that the seats were assigned to completely different names. Please be wary of their claims that “All tickets are guaranteed and secure.”

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service — avoid at all costs. I purchased two tickets for a concert months in advance as a gift, spending nearly €800 total. The tickets were only delivered a few hours before the event, leaving no time to make alternative plans or transfer them. I had to travel internationally and could no longer attend, yet there was no option to gift or resell the tickets, and the support team refused to assist. The customer service was utterly unhelpful, providing only generic responses blaming the “primary ticket distributor” for the delay. No solutions, no understanding, no refund. I lost €800 and received nothing in return. This company is unreliable and not worth the risk. It's better to buy directly from official sellers or skip it altogether.

A bit suspicious

I'm not sure how tickets for a show are being sold when they won’t be released until tomorrow. This isn't for a mega popular artist who typically has early releases for select fans.

Avoid at all costs

Simply terrible. I bought tickets to an event, but the seats were changed twice. I had to request assistance via email since the download link didn't work, and the tickets arrived as duplicates. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Misleading refund policy

I purchased premium tickets, which were confirmed but then were apparently unavailable five days later. I was offered basic tickets at a reduced price, indicating the original tickets were never available. The event was canceled, and according to the company’s own policy, this should have triggered an automatic full refund. However, a week later, I sent a formal email requesting my refund with all necessary information. It has now been 28 working days since the cancellation, and I keep receiving responses saying, ‘Please give us some time and thank you for understanding.’ I have given enough time and am not understanding — just refund what you owe within the timeframe you promised!

Unfair seller fees

Come on, your response is completely inadequate. Your company charges an excessive 33% on top of what sellers set, making sales nearly impossible. I listed my ticket at £115, yet it was £154 on your platform. Your profit exceeded mine, despite me owning the ticket. This is misleading. If you reduced your fees to 15-18%, I believe your profits would increase and help you compete better.
