I was offered basic tickets at a reduced price, indicating the original tickets were never available. The event was canceled, and according to the company’s own policy, this should have triggered an automatic full refund. However, a week later, I sent a formal email requesting my refund with all necessary information. It has now been 28 working days since the cancellation, and I keep receiving responses saying, ‘Please give us some time and thank you for understanding.’ I have given enough time and am not understanding — just refund what you owe within the timeframe you promised!
