Awful. I paid £281 for two tickets TO 21 pilots 11 may 2025 which should have been 70 or thereabouts. I bought 2 unaware that my daughter had also bought 2. Within 3 hours of purchase I let gigsberg know we had made a mistake buying 2 lots. Why could they not have released the hugely overpriced tickets for me to resell instead of holding them until this week. Now I can't sell them and am 281 out of pocket . Customer service watsapped me with attitude when I have asked for tickets to resell since early December. My hands were tied as they refused to release tickets so I could not resell on my own terms . Tickets are now unusellable and useless . Absolutely con AVOID AT ALL COSTS
