I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Honestly, they should rethink their distance selling practices. I placed an order using a payment option and selected a local pickup point, but later received an email stating they couldn't deliver there and requested my home address instead. I complied, only for them to claim they couldn't deliver to that either. They insisted no money was taken, yet the payment had cleared. Four days later, I still haven't received a refund, despite providing proof of payment. With the holidays approaching, I expected them to resolve my issue quickly, but unfortunately, that hasn't happened. The support team has been unhelpful and keeps providing vague responses, showing no real concern.
