I have used this site many times now and have always found it to offer fantastic service and products, as you would expect from Gillette. Some of the offers are simply unbelieveable, prices being better than the average supermarket even with their loyalty discounts. And yes, I will be using it again and would recommend it to anyone.
Writing a review here for Gillettes shaving foam (not the gel). I prefer the foam as it gives a very good base for shaving, and each morning I get a very close shave. It has a nice aroma, which lasts for the commute and the canisters last a decent amount of time. Good stuff.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Honestly, they should rethink their distance selling practices. I placed an order using a payment option and selected a local pickup point, but later received an email stating they couldn't deliver there and requested my home address instead. I complied, only for them to claim they couldn't deliver to that either. They insisted no money was taken, yet the payment had cleared. Four days later, I still haven't received a refund, despite providing proof of payment. With the holidays approaching, I expected them to resolve my issue quickly, but unfortunately, that hasn't happened. The support team has been unhelpful and keeps providing vague responses, showing no real concern.
