I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Gilmartins has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. As a leaseholder, I expect a property management company to act professionally, transparently, and in accordance with their legal obligations. Unfortunately, Gilmartins consistently fails on all counts.They have overcharged repeatedly with little to no explanation or breakdown of costs. When questioned, they are evasive, unhelpful, and at times, blatantly dishonest. Communication is poor, and trying to get a straight answer or a timely response feels like a battle.Even more concerning is their apparent disregard for their legal responsibilities to leaseholders. Basic maintenance and obligations outlined in the lease are neglected or delayed, yet invoices arrive without fail — often inflated and unjustified.In my opinion, Gilmartins shows a clear lack of accountability, transparency, and care for the people they’re supposed to serve. If you are considering working with them whether as a landlord, tenant, or leaseholder I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
