Too Many Errors and Mistakes + Overcharged

I've spent thousands on Gilt.com and am unhappy for the following reasons: 1) much of their products do not show where they were made
2) I was charged an add'l $9.95 to ship an item (owl garden stool) when I already had unlimited shipping for the month. The add'l shipping does not show on the website for the item; Gilt will not assist 3) Received some sort of vile poison instead of a reed diffsuer oil (smelled like petrol; made my head spin). 3) Poorly packed items that are melted, smashed, or leaking out of the box (candles, an owl planter, Brilliance hair treatment trio, hair detangler) 4) if you search for a brand name (Herve Gambs) you will instead be taken to LeBlanc items; the two are not related in any way. 5) several beauty products are not authentic or are rancid, 6) received a severely used (a tester?) bottle of face cream; it was not dabbed in; there was a large amount shoveled out. 7) they charge more than retail (owl glass vase in red) when they imply a savings.

Shame on me for continuing to buy their products; I'm over it now and will no longer splurge at their site. But please: be warned that all is not as it appears.
