Horrible experience. I used gift cards from a promotion through my cell phone company. The order hadn't shipped when I called. They said they canceled my order because I used multiple gift cards, but the promo didn't state that was not allowed.

AVOID BUYING THE LED MASK FROM ANY SELLER. My husband tried to make a good choice by trusting the platform for an LED face mask, but it turned out to be terrible. Poor Return Service

Terrible Customer Service Experience

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. Although the site generally offers good products, the order handling is extremely careless, and the support team is rude and unprofessional. I placed an order early on October 26 and opted for expedited shipping for a specific event, yet as of November 6, the item hasn't even shipped! I've received no updates despite reaching out multiple times, and responses are generic and unhelpful. After being a customer since 2021, I cannot recommend this platform at all. Very frustrating.

Displeased with the Refund Process

I completely agree with the negative feedback. The refund process is terrible. In my case, the watch was stolen from the box before I received it, and it took over two weeks to get my money back. I sent multiple emails to request my refund. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with the delivery service.
