I haven’t actually received my treatment yet- however, the care and support teams on this site have been thorough, understanding, incredibly helpful, supportive, and have all around exhibited very clear communication. Just in the last 2 hours I’ve exchanged a total of 11 emails with the support team regarding a change to my treatment (switching from one med to another- personal preference)….
