Gimme used to be reliable, but ever since they changed their website I’ve run into one problem after another, and I still haven’t received the medication I already paid for.
The first delay happened because the new site lost all my information. My doctor kept requesting my prescription, and it took Gimme two days just to locate it for them. The second issue was the dosage. The third issue is where things stand now: the order was finally sent to be filled, and that’s where it has been sitting with no movement.
Customer support keeps blaming the weather for the delay. That might have explained part of it, but the storms have come and gone and my package still hasn’t moved. When I checked Trustpilot, I saw other people reporting the same problems, yet at the same time there’s a sudden wave of brand‑new five‑star reviews posted during the exact period they claim weather delays were happening.
I tried calling their number, but it doesn’t even display a phone number—just the word “null.” Texting shows the same thing. At this point I honestly don’t know what’s going on with the company or whether they’re still stable. I’m due to inject on Thursday and still have no idea when my medication will arrive.
I’m now debating whether to switch to another company and request a chargeback for the money I’ve already spent.
I put January 28th in because that was when the order was submitted to be filled. It’s been sitting at the pharmacy part of Gimme for 8 days at time of writing this.
