Ordered April 4th and they approved/sent to the pharmacy same day. It is now the 17th and still says "sent to pharmacy". Website states “Once your consultation is approved and the pharmacy prepares your prescription, your medication typically ships within 1–2 business days after your clinician has reviewed your application.” Customer service keeps saying it is still within their 7-10 business days standard, but tomorrow is 3 weeks... AVOID!!!
