8/12 articles were missing in the package.I had a lot of issues with the delivery as well (long delays to ship the parcel and then to receive it, and it was delivered to the wrong person).The customer support is kinda of rude (no polite form apologies) and does not seem to bring any solution (yet I hope).I speak French but they don't which is fine, we started speaking in english, but now they start emailing me in Swedish...
