I was hesitant to order online due to several negative reviews, but I liked two dresses and decided to take a chance.
Delivery was surprisingly fast, though size didn’t fit and had to be returned. I wasn’t sure if the return request went through, so I contacted customer service. Lisa from Gina Tricot was very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The refund took about 1 week and 5 days, similar to other online shops from my experience.

I also visited the store in Aarhus to get the right size, and the staff was also helpful. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the shopping experience and customer support.

Return and lost parcel

I contacted Ginatricot regarding my return, that got lost during transportation by PostNord. This is the first time ever, that I had any problems with returning items and I was quite worried how this would go😅 However Tilde from customer service got back to me very quickly, was really understanding and resolved the situation with ease. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.I ordered a product in early December that never arrived. The tracking shows no delivery details, yet they keep claiming it was delivered. All responses are short and dismissive, telling me to check with neighbours or contact the police. Multiple requests to cancel were ignored. No clarification, no help, no responsibility taken. Would not recommend it. DON’T BUY HERE
