Ordered 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since! Funnily enough, suddenly there’s a banner on the site explaining delays in dispatch…not there when I ordered nor for about a week after so clearly they’re trying to now claim this is the issue. If you try to email the customer services email it bounces back. The website has clear areas where information is missing also which shows the website has not even been edited/built properly. Really, really poor service.
