I placed an order in plenty of time for a birthday that's happening tomorrow - have just received an email from Ginger Ray saying they're cancelling and refunding the order. No excuse, no alternative, not enough time to repurchase the things I need now. I've used them in the past and been happy, but this is just ridiculous - the lack of care and consideration for customers will make me think twice before I use them again.
