I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid extra for next-day delivery for baby shower supplies that were meant for a very special day I arranged for my wife. Not only did the items NOT arrive on time, but I was told they were “lost in the post” a day after the event. This completely ruined the baby shower I had planned, leaving me scrambling to find alternatives at the last minute.I trusted this company with an important occasion, and they let me down in the worst way. If you can’t guarantee next-day delivery, don’t offer it. The lack of reliability and communication is shocking, and the experience has left a bitter taste. I won’t be ordering from here again and strongly advise others to avoid this service. Poor service, no accountability, and no consideration for their customers’ needs.
