I placed an order (Order #6403), which has never been delivered. Despite informing customer service promptly, I have received no response. The item was paid for by credit card, and no refund has been issued.Additionally, the "refund policy" page on the company’s website does not open, nor do other pages that would be helpful in addressing this situation.I am sharing my experience here on Trustpilot to draw attention to the company's behavior and to inform others about the difficulties I have encountered.
