Terrible experience. Do not buy anything from this service. The website is misleading, making it seem like a European company, but it's based elsewhere. It’s been five weeks with several emails about my order status, and I keep getting told it will arrive soon. I still haven't received it. I tried to cancel, but they refuse. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Stay away!
