I placed an order for boots on October 24, 2025. It's now January 7, and I still haven't received anything. I attempted to email the support team, but there was no response. My account shows the order as 'paid' and 'unfulfilled'. I tried disputing the transaction but was unsuccessful. I've been searching online and found two others who ordered around the same time and have similar issues.
