I placed an order for boots on October 24, 2025, and as of January 7, I have yet to receive them. I tried to reach out via email but received no reply. My account indicates that the order is 'paid' but 'unfulfilled'. I attempted to dispute the transaction but was unsuccessful. I've found a few others online who ordered around the same time and are encountering similar issues.

If I could rate this lower than one star, I certainly would. I ordered my boots in October 2025 and waited the indicated timeframe (6-12 weeks). Now, 14 weeks later, I still haven't received them. I sent an email and a message on social media. The email listed on the website doesn't work, so I had to send another message to the address linked to my receipt. Still no response. I haven't heard back about my social media message either. These boots are not cheap, and not receiving them is not only disheartening but incredibly frustrating. I plan to contact my bank to see if I can reverse the charges. My birthday gift to myself is now out of reach.
I absolutely adore the two pairs of boots and the skirt I ordered. The material is the nicest I've ever felt. The quality is outstanding, and I feel enchanting wearing them. I've ordered from this company before and was happy with my purchases. I made sure I was on the legitimate website and ordered a $180 jacket in October 2025. Now it's December, and I still haven't received it. The first email I received was a quick message from a representative ensuring I'd receive tracking that week. Weeks went by with no tracking. I sent multiple emails with no replies. In early December, I disputed the charge with my bank, and suddenly received a tracking number in another language indicating it was delivered on November 28th. I was supposed to have a DHL tracking number, and this item was never delivered. This feels like a complete scam!

This feels like a scam. I think the brand was once reputable but has since changed ownership to someone who is no longer trustworthy.
The customer service from this company is lacking, to put it kindly. I ordered boots and received them, but one of the soles has a defect that makes them uncomfortable to wear, even with an insole. The owner promised to send a replacement pair but then completely stopped responding, even after I offered to pay for shipping. I've sent numerous emails with no reply. I doubt I'll ever get a replacement and I'm unsure if I can make the boots work. I bought them for my wedding, which makes this even more disappointing. The boots are beautiful and the leather is lovely, but the sole issue makes walking difficult. This company could greatly benefit from dedicated customer support. I believe the owner is trying to manage everything alone, but by not addressing customer concerns, they are losing business. I would have loved to purchase more items, but it’s been three months since the promise of a replacement, and I haven’t heard back. I've basically given up.
These are the most beautiful boots ever! I'm completely in love 🥰. They are incredibly soft and ultra-comfortable. I wore them all weekend at a festival, and not only did they look stylish, but they were also very comfortable. I danced all weekend in my beautiful boots. Thank you! 😊🥳🥰
