If I could rate this lower than one star, I certainly would. I ordered my boots in October 2025 and waited the indicated timeframe (6-12 weeks). Now, 14 weeks later, I still haven't received them. I sent an email and a message on social media. The email listed on the website doesn't work, so I had to send another message to the address linked to my receipt. Still no response. I haven't heard back about my social media message either. These boots are not cheap, and not receiving them is not only disheartening but incredibly frustrating. I plan to contact my bank to see if I can reverse the charges. My birthday gift to myself is now out of reach.
