I've ordered from this company before and was happy with my purchases. I made sure I was on the legitimate website and ordered a $180 jacket in October 2025. Now it's December, and I still haven't received it. The first email I received was a quick message from a representative ensuring I'd receive tracking that week. Weeks went by with no tracking. I sent multiple emails with no replies. In early December, I disputed the charge with my bank, and suddenly received a tracking number in another language indicating it was delivered on November 28th. I was supposed to have a DHL tracking number, and this item was never delivered. This feels like a complete scam!
