Subpar customer service.

The customer service from this company is lacking, to put it kindly. I ordered boots and received them, but one of the soles has a defect that makes them uncomfortable to wear, even with an insole. The owner promised to send a replacement pair but then completely stopped responding, even after I offered to pay for shipping. I've sent numerous emails with no reply. I doubt I'll ever get a replacement and I'm unsure if I can make the boots work. I bought them for my wedding, which makes this even more disappointing. The boots are beautiful and the leather is lovely, but the sole issue makes walking difficult. This company could greatly benefit from dedicated customer support. I believe the owner is trying to manage everything alone, but by not addressing customer concerns, they are losing business. I would have loved to purchase more items, but it’s been three months since the promise of a replacement, and I haven’t heard back. I've basically given up.
