I placed an order for boots on October 24, 2025, and as of January 7, I have yet to receive them. I tried to reach out via email but received no reply. My account indicates that the order is 'paid' but 'unfulfilled'. I attempted to dispute the transaction but was unsuccessful. I've found a few others online who ordered around the same time and are encountering similar issues.
