Bought a fairy bundle(25pieces) and a Y2K mix(15pieces) hoping this was finally the place I could source for reselling. Got fake miss sixty jeans and Lee jacket that are not Y2K at all and not on theme for any of the bundle I ordered. There was some random stuff in the bins that definitely wont sell at all. I did get a couple of actually cute things (maybe ten) but if you’re reselling this is just losing money and not worth it. They did ship fast but I feel like this was a total rip off. I might be able to make half of what I spent and no profit. Im editing this reply because I can’t respond to their reply. I spent $630 on everything. Divided by 40 that’s about $16 per piece not $8. The fairy bundle included no skirts or dresses which is literally advertised that way. No not all bundles are the same but the pictures in description are way off. Also how is this verified Y2K when there are multiple tags cut off? For all I know it could be fast fashion. One of the items is from 2021 and says so on the tag.Editing again 3/20/26 because I can’t believe the way they speak to customers.I have been reselling clothes myself for several years and never spoke to customers in the way these people have spoken to me. If I could attach all the emails I would. Every sentence is passive aggressive. They begged me to try and fix things and I’ve been writing back and forth with them for almost a month. I sent them pictures of items with issues as asked and this is the last email “ Lets try and make this simple because we are trying to help but after looking at your strong review and then altho you ordered a sample box, which is a mix of Y2k styles, this is there for people to try and see what we have, not really to buy and then criticise as its meant to have a mix for everyone, not just the specific customer. Now if you would like to work with us and get something sorted ok, but if you are this unhappy with us then we will accept it and all move on .So in short - what would you like here? how many items need replacing?”These people won’t be in business in 5 years I’ll tell you that much. The reviews on TikTok are paid reviews just keep that in mind. Tried to be nice giving you 2 stars. Absolutely had to change it to 1. For one my name is not Emily. Proof you guys don’t excel in customer service. Second, you guys started with the attitude. Would you like me to attach more emails? Calling me mean but I was so excited to work with you guys and than very rudely told not to contact you all too much. Everyone can see by the tone in how you address people that you all are a bunch of mean high school kids that haven’t learned how to be professional. Run a better business then get better reviews pretty easy. I have over 1000 5 star reviews in my business
