What made my experience especially great was how kind, personable, and attentive everyone in this team was. Even with online shopping, that level of care still came through so clearly. They take the time to truly listen to their customers, making sure you feel heard, understood, and valued throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had were met with thoughtful, genuine responses, which made the experience feel much more personal rather than transactional. It’s rare to find a company that balances efficiency with such a human touch, but they do it effortlessly. They’ve created such a welcoming and authentic environment, even in an online space, and it really sets them apart. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the overall experience they provide, and that kind of attention to detail makes a lasting impression.

Its a pity i cant give 0 stars. Ordered a mixed wholesale bundle of y2k stock, probably half unsellable, around a 3rd with no care label or brand- for a company who claim “no fast fashion” i would love to know how you authenticate that something is from 2000s and not from shein when it has no way to identify it?The main issue i have with this company is that their website is misleading, they have you believe you will be receiving a premium wholesale box when that is anything but the truth. I have been reselling for several years and apart from handpicking this company is by far the most expensive for a blind box, to then send items with absolutely no care label is disgraceful to be honest for the price. Also beware if you do have an issue and have to conact this company they will gaslight you into believing that you are in the wrong, they claim that they “try to work with and help all customers” but that is far from the truth. They respond to customers unprofessionally, are passive aggressive and condescending. Despite what they say on here they do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you do have an issue with your order be prepared to be in back and forth email arguments with them for a few weeks. Lastly considering this company has been active for a few years its quite suspect they have less than 30 reviews on trustpilot, TikTok the only review they have are from influencers who are clearly being paid to promote the company. I have given up trying to get my money back, word of mouth travels fast and i will be sure to discourage any other resellers from ordering from this company. Literally try any other uk wholesaler and you will get a better experience than this place. Not sure who runs this company but you need a lesson in customer service skills and having some respect for your buyers.

I just received a box from girl vintage wholesale for $1100 and it was a box of disgusting garbage. The items were absolutely nothing like they were supposed to be. I ordered Y2K formal wear dresses. They sent me stained, ripped, STINKY and STICKY 1960s horrid monstrosities and cheap Halloween costumes, like it was purposefully bad. Like a gigantic joke to them. One dress, I swear to god, had POOP on it. They are not responding to any of my emails or messages and are not accepting my request for return. Do not use this company. I’m legitimately shocked at how horrible and unprofessional this company is.
Bought a fairy bundle(25pieces) and a Y2K mix(15pieces) hoping this was finally the place I could source for reselling. Got fake miss sixty jeans and Lee jacket that are not Y2K at all and not on theme for any of the bundle I ordered. There was some random stuff in the bins that definitely wont sell at all. I did get a couple of actually cute things (maybe ten) but if you’re reselling this is just losing money and not worth it. They did ship fast but I feel like this was a total rip off. I might be able to make half of what I spent and no profit. Im editing this reply because I can’t respond to their reply. I spent $630 on everything. Divided by 40 that’s about $16 per piece not $8. The fairy bundle included no skirts or dresses which is literally advertised that way. No not all bundles are the same but the pictures in description are way off. Also how is this verified Y2K when there are multiple tags cut off? For all I know it could be fast fashion. One of the items is from 2021 and says so on the tag.Editing again 3/20/26 because I can’t believe the way they speak to customers.I have been reselling clothes myself for several years and never spoke to customers in the way these people have spoken to me. If I could attach all the emails I would. Every sentence is passive aggressive. They begged me to try and fix things and I’ve been writing back and forth with them for almost a month. I sent them pictures of items with issues as asked and this is the last email “ Lets try and make this simple because we are trying to help but after looking at your strong review and then altho you ordered a sample box, which is a mix of Y2k styles, this is there for people to try and see what we have, not really to buy and then criticise as its meant to have a mix for everyone, not just the specific customer. Now if you would like to work with us and get something sorted ok, but if you are this unhappy with us then we will accept it and all move on .So in short - what would you like here? how many items need replacing?”These people won’t be in business in 5 years I’ll tell you that much. The reviews on TikTok are paid reviews just keep that in mind. Tried to be nice giving you 2 stars. Absolutely had to change it to 1. For one my name is not Emily. Proof you guys don’t excel in customer service. Second, you guys started with the attitude. Would you like me to attach more emails? Calling me mean but I was so excited to work with you guys and than very rudely told not to contact you all too much. Everyone can see by the tone in how you address people that you all are a bunch of mean high school kids that haven’t learned how to be professional. Run a better business then get better reviews pretty easy. I have over 1000 5 star reviews in my business
