Helmets I purchased were recalled due to a manufacturing issue with the straps coming seperated from the helmet. I was given a code to get a free replacement, however all the helmets were out of stock until many months later. By the time the helmet were in stock, the code I was given had become invalid. I contacted customer service about this issue and never heard anything back. I own 2 of the recalled helmets which are both used extensively, for a company to be so lax about the recall and replacment of a safety product which they sell is terrible.
