Ordered item from giro..When it arrived bag had a sharp cut and no sign of contents.For the next 3 days sent numerous emails to them with no reply, I also phoned about 4 times per day with the phone ringing for 30 seconds then disconnected....Obviously customer service does not exist,,,I then thought of calling Evri the courier who decided to take £17 from my pay as you go top up fund...for 2x 2 min auto machine) please look at that review) so far a £10 item has cost me £30 with nothing to show..I would like to warn anyone about to use this worldwide company to FORGET IT..I have now contacted paypal and opened a case...SHAME ON YOU GIRO..
