I placed an order and received the wrong item, along with a missing free gift. I reached out to the customer service team twice via email, first on December 4th and again shortly after, but I have not received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay full price and receive no assistance when issues arise. The absence of communication has made this experience very stressful. I expected much more from a reputable brand. I hope this review encourages them to take customer service seriously. If they continue to ignore issues like mine, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
