Review Time
Having the same issue as many others, poor customer service. Returned products at the end of Dec - tracked and shows received on 2nd Jan 2026, no refund and I’ve emailed their customer service a few times to find out what’s happening and have received no response
I placed my order on the 12th of December and have not received any updates. I reached out to the support team on the 22nd and only got an automated reply. Now it's Christmas Eve, and after checking the app and the carrier, I see they have my order details but haven't received the package yet. It seems unlikely it will arrive in time for Christmas… or maybe at all! I sent another email today and again received an automated response. Yet, they processed the payment right away. THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM - STAY AWAY!
I truly enjoyed all of my items from the company. Although there was a minor mix-up with my order, I received the wrong hair perfume—milky mocha instead of sticky toffee (both of which smell fantastic). Their customer service was impressively quick and empathetic. I received a response within a day! This made the entire experience hassle-free. They sent me a replacement set, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m thrilled with my purchases. I really value the attention the company gives to both their products and their customers! I will definitely be placing another order soon :)
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with this online store. There's no way to track my order, and reaching out to customer support is nearly impossible (they take at least 2 days to reply). It's been 2 weeks since my order was supposedly shipped, and there's no sign of it... I can't even track it. I'm completely in the dark about its whereabouts and whether I'll ever receive it.

I placed an order and received the wrong item, along with a missing free gift. I reached out to the customer service team twice via email, first on December 4th and again shortly after, but I have not received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay full price and receive no assistance when issues arise. The absence of communication has made this experience very stressful. I expected much more from a reputable brand. I hope this review encourages them to take customer service seriously. If they continue to ignore issues like mine, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
Extremely disappointing customer service. My order arrived, but the wrong items were sent. I emailed them, as it's the only contact method available. They responded, stating they wanted to resolve the issue quickly and asked if I wanted the correct items sent to the same address. I replied immediately with a yes, but a week has passed with no further communication or delivery of the products I paid for. I've reached out multiple times through various channels, yet still received no response. Terrible service. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
