Although there was a minor mix-up with my order, I received the wrong hair perfume—milky mocha instead of sticky toffee (both of which smell fantastic). Their customer service was impressively quick and empathetic. I received a response within a day! This made the entire experience hassle-free. They sent me a replacement set, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m thrilled with my purchases. I really value the attention the company gives to both their products and their customers!
