I ordered “Tokyo Cropped Pants” in size XL, but the product I received is completely inconsistent with the description. Despite being labeled XL, the actual measurements correspond more to M/L – the pants are too small and cannot be worn.
Additionally, the length of the product is clearly shorter than stated in the size chart on the website.
After contacting customer support, the seller refused to provide a full refund. Instead, they offered only partial refunds (first 25%, then 30%, and finally 40%) or required me to return the item to China at my own expense, which involves high shipping costs, potential customs fees, and a waiting time of up to 2 months.
In practice, this means there is no realistic way to recover your money even when receiving a product that is not as described.
As a result, I had to escalate the case and initiate a chargeback through my bank.
Summary:

- inaccurate sizing,
- difficult and costly return process,
- attempts to push partial refunds instead of resolving the issue properly.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this store.
