I placed an order on Givalli’s website and requested cancellation immediately after completing the purchase. The request was sent right away, before any meaningful processing or shipment should reasonably have taken place.
Despite this, the seller refused to cancel and refund the order.
Under EU consumer protection law (14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases), consumers are legally entitled to withdraw from an online purchase without justification. Instead of complying with this fundamental rule, the company chose to ignore the immediate cancellation request and refused to process the refund properly.
Forcing shipment and creating unnecessary return procedures when a cancellation request is made immediately after ordering is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for consumer rights.
This type of practice is extremely concerning. Customers should be very cautious before ordering.

I have just received two pairs of work shorts that were described as 'Crafted from premium fabric, they deliver durability, breathability, and a polished fit'. Well all I can say is that they are complete garbage, probably the cheapest, nastiest items of clothing I've ever seen - they're so bad that they look like they're made for a child's doll! The fabric they show on the website looks like a heavy cotton twill but in reality it's a thin white polyester that has been sprayed black and khaki!! Unbelievable :(
Cheap rubbish from China. Poor quality and not as described. Website looks convincing, until the products arrive. The return address is China, so says it all. The return cost would be more than the products and based on other peoples reviews about returns, I have thrown them in the bin.
Avoid it..turtle necks felt good but are not genuine cashmere. Cashmere cardigan was itchy..not sure about the quality…plus they put wrong trustpilot ratings which itself is a fraud..but yes what to expect from these Chinese vendors…wasted money…
A few days ago I ordered two Monte Carlo turtleneck sweater black and grey but I made wrong choice for the size.After exchanging emails I was able to keep the first two items as well as to order two new of the proper size with a voucher discount of 80%.
