they are a scam. they set up an account with me, as soon as my donors sent money, givebutter suspended my accout, said that our non profit was not official (which it 100% is and all the documents prove it) and then locked us out of the account where we cannot get our money and they did not refund our donors the money back and it was hundreds of dollars. No one has gotten back to us about the details and the chat agents are worthless.
