While the products might be decent, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I ordered several gift box sets for the holidays, but they arrived damaged. I contacted the support team with photos, but they claimed there was no visible damage. When I requested a return label, they refused, leaving me unable to gift the items. I've discarded them and won't order from this company again, especially since they were unhelpful with the return process. Now, I’m considering a chargeback for my money. To make matters worse, they keep emailing me about a return label that I couldn't even use, and they want to charge me for it. It's frustrating, and I’m more than willing to share my emails and photos if needed to prevent others from facing similar issues.
