This shampoo and conditioner is a game changer ! Never ever been able to grow my hair past my bra straps and ifni got it there it was terribly fine and broken roll on 2 year using this my hairs so thick and long to the top of my bottom I cannot belive it no hair extensions needed no more health as ever I'm amazed never believed in things like this working but by God it definitely does the green and the pink one amazing so so happy
The service has been awful. I ordered on September 10th for next-day delivery for a friend's birthday on the 13th, which seemed like ample time. Now it's the 15th, and after multiple emails, my order hasn't even been dispatched. The live chat is just automated responses. Save your money and time; do not order.

While the products might be decent, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I ordered several gift box sets for the holidays, but they arrived damaged. I contacted the support team with photos, but they claimed there was no visible damage. When I requested a return label, they refused, leaving me unable to gift the items. I've discarded them and won't order from this company again, especially since they were unhelpful with the return process. Now, I’m considering a chargeback for my money. To make matters worse, they keep emailing me about a return label that I couldn't even use, and they want to charge me for it. It's frustrating, and I’m more than willing to share my emails and photos if needed to prevent others from facing similar issues.
I ordered a bundle but received the incorrect conditioner. I reached out and got a quick reply, but they told me the right one was out of stock. Now they expect me to return the bundle and pay for postage! Why should I cover the cost for their mistake? I just want the correct conditioner sent when it's available! I'm really frustrated, especially as a regular customer.
I placed an order on November 28th and still haven't received it. They said it was sent to an InPost locker, but InPost claims they don't have it. I received a notification that it was returned to the sender, and now I'm struggling to get a refund as they ignore my requests.
