I never ever write reviews but I genuinely am blown away by the experience i’ve had with Give Me’s customer service. I spent quite a substantial amount of money on their black friday sale (incredible sale!!). The large order was dispatched in a couple of days however yodel returned my package to give me. I contacted customer service to let them know and to ask if they could re send it once they’ve received the return.I had a message back the next day letting me know that a new order was on its way, i received a fresh order confirmation and tracking and I didn’t have to wait for my original parcel to be returned back to them. There was no fuss at all, it was fantastic.My package has arrived today and every item is in there including a free mystery bundle as I spent over a certain amount. The products in the bundle are full sized and incredible. I am a give me lover anyway but this has made them my favourite brand. I will be re ordering the items from the mystery bundle also as I’m in love already as they’re items i’d never usually order so it’s amazing to try.Thank you Give Me, you have made Christmas shopping incredibly stress free!10/10 incredible.
