Have been using Giveme cosmetics shampoo and conditioner for quite a while. Also use the heat defence spray, serum and hair repair,I bought some defence spray and serum whilst on offer, opened it yesterday after finishing my last one and the pumpisn’t working. Reported it today to be told it’s over the 30 days returns policy.I only opened it yesterday how was I meant to know it would be faulty?!! I’ve also bought my daughters gifts which haven’t been opened for Christmas as they too were on offer. What if they are faulty when they open them?!?Really disappointed with the customer service after being a loyal customer for a number of years.Update further email sent to confirm they would be sending a replacement heat defence spray have updated to 3 stars but feel the original response was unnecessary. I feel as a valued customer with no previous requests for faulty goods that this should have been taken into consideration straight away.
