I purchased shampoo and conditioner with next day delivery on 22/09 for my holiday. It’s now 25/09 and nothing has arrived — Yodel tracking still says ‘with sender,’ so the items clearly haven’t even been dispatched.I had to repeatedly chase for a refund of the delivery fee, and instead of refunding the full £4.99 in one go, they first sent me £2.00, then another £1.00 when I challenged it, and finally £1.99 to make up the rest. This kind of response is unprofessional and shows they can’t manage a basic refund correctly.Very disappointing experience and I’ll never order again. Still don't have my items and no response from the company on when they'll arrive.
