Bought a lip gloss. The gloss doesn't come out of the bottle.I was told to shake the bottle for two minutes then pump several times. If this didn't work send a video.I found this extremely rude that I wasn't believed that the pump didn't work.It went in the bin as it didn't work and not in any way convenient when you just want to put your lip gloss on... Not have to take 5+minutes to hopefully get a bit of gloss out the bottle.
