placed an order with Give Me Cosmetics and never received it. Yodel claims it was delivered to my "front porch," but I don’t have a porch. I contacted Give Me Cosmetics over a week ago with no response. I’ve had no update, no replacement, and no refund. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.Probably have to do acharge back with my bank and I'll not be ordering again. So I have no safe place set on yodel anyway but the safe place I have always used is my enclosed shed , I have just been intouch with yodel they showed me the pictures where the parcel was left it was left outside on my bin in a rough area whilst I was away I asked my neighbour to check my shed but the parcel was nit anywhere so I have paid for the parcel and i have not received it, they said it wa left in my porch which I do not have. Appaling services and suggest yous use a more caring and reliable delivery service. As from now on I will he avoiding any retailers that use yodel, my enclosed shed was literally 2ft away but he obviously could not be bothered and thought it was fine to leave outside just on top of my bin I do not take any responsibility for this.i did contact you regarding this with my order number which is 2632363. That was over a week ago but no one has got back to me after leaving a review I all of a sudden have a response they could not find email i sent . Thank you for your response, Natasha, but I need to clarify: I do not have a porch. My requested safe place was my shed, which is secure and only a couple of feet from where Yodel left the parcel — in full view for anyone to take.I also received an email implying this was my fault for requesting a safe place and suggesting I contact Yodel. Leaving a parcel somewhere unsafe is not a proper delivery, and as the retailer, it’s your responsibility to ensure parcels are delivered safely. I am requesting a replacement or full refund.I hope this is resolved promptly.UPDADTE..... I have just confirmed with Yodel that I never requested my parcel to be left anywhere. Despite this, it was left on my doorstep, fully visible to anyone, and it has now gone missing. I do not have a porch, and leaving it in this way was completely unsafe and unacceptable. Give Me Cosmetics arranged this delivery and is fully responsible for ensuring that my order reaches me safely. I expect an immediate replacement or a full refund. Failure to resolve this promptly will leave me no choice but to escalate the matter further.UPDATE, I was asked to show evidence of yodel saying i did not give any instructions which I have since sent over as first set if images I sent wrong ones by mistake but have since sent proof that was asked for only to now be told they will now take it up with yodel so this company now have the proof I have not instructed yodel to deliver the item anywhere at all and they still dont have to decency to refund or send out replacement which is appalling in my eyes. Looks like they care a lot about what goes on on Trustpilot to protect their image and reputation but not too fussed about their customers..SPEAKS VOLUMES Just wanted to clarify something else, so you have said if I had wished for the parcel to be put in the shed I should have said this ok? So then I would say to you if I wished for my parcel to be left out on my bin and not where ever I supposedly said why is that ok? Also like to add the parcel was not left at my front as had it of been left at the front it wpuod have been absolutely fine, it was left at the back in full view unsafe so either way you look at it and try and push the blame onto me its absolutely not my fault at all
