This company are a scam. I have reported them to the financial ombudsman and the department of financial conduct. Alot are the reviews are false stating customer service is excellent. It is an automated system.I requested a refund for an item not received and the tracking provided proved this.The email stated asks.you to fill out a form. Which generates another email from triggered words. Then the next one states we will review your refund, although the email states I'm sorry you haven't received your item it has been 2 weeks. It's actual words are we will all ask a human in the escalation team to review your refund. This can take 7 business days and your will refund will take around 3 weeks It won't take that long as I will get my refund in the next 3-5 working days. Or I will ensure this company I removed from trading.I've done it before and I'll do it again
