*UpdateI have filled the form and send it back on the same day. I have received 3 different forms to fill with the last one was a form of an email to info@ After that I haven’t received anything except from Saturday asking how much will I review Jamie. So this is not an excuse MurielPlaced an order for Cleanser Vitamin C, received wrong item. That is fine, these things happen. I have contacted them straight away, which is not an easy procedure as once you fill one form you keep receiving emails to fill different forms. It says that they will get back to you within 72 hours!!!! I contacted them on Thursday and till today Wednesday haven’t received anything from them. Saturday I have received an email to rate how satisfied was the reply from Jamie!!! Jamie has never got in touch with me and I kept checking my junk every day, which I replied on the same email, but nothing back. So they have a lot of people working in advertising, but no one in customer care ?????? In my opinion you will be loosing a lot of customers
