Everything is shipped out relatively quick and arrives well packaged I’ve tried a few things from them over the years my favorite has to be the aloe Vera shampoo and conditioner set that comes with a leave in protectant and a leave in conditioner, everything smells amazing and the improvement in my hair since using it has been even better, I also got one silk pillow case and the quality of it was high and despite been silk it did not slide of my pillow much. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ordered so far
