I purchased 2 X Lucky Bags for gifts.They sent me;£27.50 (£13.75 each) worth of productsCharged me;£30 (£15 each) andClaimed they are worth;£92 (£46 each)???This is blatant false advertising.I have paid more than I would pay for the individual items!They refuse to cover return postage or reimburse for shortfall but they have forwarded to their Marketing team to review these bundles to ensure consistency with pricing - so that's OK!Additionally, since purchasing I have found the products are just cheap... produced in the PRC (zero transparency = made in China). They will cost peanuts to produce, are likely tested on animals, manufactured by cheap labour and then marketed beautifully with a huge mark up.If you look at trusted products/brands from the High street - you will see they are produced in France, Germany, UK, USA - places with appropriately governed regulations in production of cosmetics. Sticking with these in future!Edit** they offered the following NOT what they have claimed in their response below...more lies;"We can offer you 3 options, I can send you 2 products OR a £10 voucher off your next purchase OR you can return the items at your cost"None of theses were acceptable to me as I don't wish to make another purchase and didn't want any more of their products so I went for a charge back on my card instead.
