I don’t mind these products annd wanted to try the blue shampoo. Also the fact that it is a local business to me encouraged me to order. My last order was damaged. I filled out the contact form with photos and haven’t heard anything at all. All I wanted was for the shampoo to be replaced but they have chosen to ignore. I have left the review 2 weeks to give them a chance to fix this. I also tried to reach out on social media but again it has been ignored. 3 stars for the products and zero for customer service. They obviously don’t care about their customers because they have “gone viral”.Not gonna last very long if you don’t look after customers
