Products are fairly decent. Simple and does the job. Trying to cancel a subscription is a nightmare. .you have to have a separate portal link to amend the subscription. Plus the monthly price increases from what you sign up to. I signed up to free delivery and £8.10 a month. The price then went to £9.10 plus delivery at £1.99. In addition during busier times of the year or when they prioritise customers paying more for the products who do not have a subscription and then run out of products for subscribers. So when I rely on my shampoo etc being delivered each month I actually went 4 months without. So I have now started using another product which has a more reliable service and looks after it's subscribers. When I raised this directly with customer services they were dismissive and blunt.
